Check who manages the Bikehangar
If the Bikehangar in question appears on our locations map with a Bikehangar reference code, then we are the managing body and are the correct people to report the problem to.
If the Bikehangar does not appear on the map, you will need to contact whoever owns or manages the land. This could be a private organisation or a local authority.
There are also other providers of similar cycle infrastructure across the country. Look for any specific identifying features such as company names, logos, and contact details on the parking unit.
If you’re a Hooplr subscriber
If you have an existing Hooplr subscription, you can report these directly to our team from your Hooplr account:
Log in to your account
In the home subscriptions area, open your subscription
Fill in the ‘Report a problem’ form, attach a photo if you have one
If you’re not a Hooplr subscriber
If you’re not a Hooplr customer and want to report a problem such as a damaged unit, you can report this via Hooplr.com/contact us.

Why we need you to report problems
Without reports, it takes us longer to identify and act. We ask that all problems are reported to us in a timely manner so that we may resolve them as quickly as possible.
